Chef Benjamin Waterman, head chef at Bistro Alder in Dossier, brings an innovative touch to refined classics using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. A Culinary Institute of America graduate and former collaborator with Chef Gregory Gourdet at Departure, he’s passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences.

Leah Adint, Head Winemaker at Erath Winery, brings global experience from Australia, France, Switzerland, and across the U.S. to her craft, with a passion for showcasing Pinot Noir’s versatility through thoughtful, site-driven techniques. A Washington State University and University of Adelaide graduate, Leah blends tradition and innovation to highlight the unique character of Oregon’s Dundee Hills.
